“天狗食日”, or the Solar Eclipse is a natural phenomenon that occurs when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, and the Moon fully or partially blocks the Sun. Many view it as a rare occasion that is worth celebrating and even more flock to catch a glimpse of it.

Unfortunately, the ugly truth about the solar eclipse is that it is one of the most inauspicious natural occurrences.
According to ancient Chinese astrology, the Moon and Sun represent the Yin and Yang of life's energies. When one comes into alignment of another, the phenomenon creates a void of the energies that is 'covered' as viewed from Earth.
It is at this moment when the Qi energy is at its most imbalanced. In the event of the solar eclipse, Earth becomes saturated with negative Yin energies. People and places in view of such an event are known to have been influenced by misfortunes and mishaps.

While it may be an eye opener, our advice for you – keep out of that few minutes of outdoor imbalance.
Stay at home and catch it on TV - it should provide enough thrill for you without the spills.
